I've been listening to this song ever since I was little and I love it.
Its message always rings true, "enjoy the simple every day things of today. They will be treasures tomorrow." And "they are the most important." That's what it says to me.
Sometimes it says other things like "look for the beauty around you."
It words and message are always constant they never change.
This song also always makes me think of My Mummy .
She loves simple things so if I where to choose a song to describe her this would be in the top 3.
I also really like Amy Grant .
Enjoy!!!!!

A Damsels Daybook 30!!!!!!
I decided to do this after seeing A Simple Woman's Daybook.
This is my simple Damsels version.
If you would like to join in with me each week feel free and if you do please leave a comment so I can come 'visit' and see what your plans are.
Please feel free if you want to participate to use My Damsel Image.
Outside my window.......Its been overcast and grey, a little sun is shining now though
I am thinking about......... Guitar, music, siblings, maybe my new little sibling will come today, and other such stuff.
From the kitchen..........Nothing right now.
I am creating .........knitting a scarf , and writing stories and learning to crochet. And hoping to make my cloak with my Mummy's help this week.
I am reading.........
My Bible.
Rangers Apprentice: Halt's Peril by John Flanagan
In the Heart of the Rockies - G. A. Henty.
The ABC's of Choosing a Good Husband by Stephen Wood
The Billabong Series- Mary Grant Bruce
And a few library books who's titles i can't remember
I am hearing....... Siblings, the computer,my thoughts.
I am hoping.........To have a good week.
I am planning.......... To remember to ,Just Breathe , and to relax.
I am wearing............ Hmmmm, what am I wearing? Clothes! That's it! Simple today jeans long sleeved shirt and woolly jumper (sweater for American readers) and flats.
Around the house.......... Waiting for the baby to arrive.
My wish of the week ......... That the baby comes today!!!!!

On Temples.......
Today I was reading one of my favourite blogs and the author, Christa had linked too and shared parts of an interesting article on teenager girls, modesty and such.
It was very interesting as I've said. And it got me thinking about how important it is to dress as a Temple of The Holy Spirit.
A Temple doesn't have just a floor a roof and walls with big gaps and an open door. No. It is beautiful and mysterious, graceful and sacred. A Temple.
I want to be prized as a woman of God, not a Fun House.
I want to be loved for me , not my body. I want to be a Temple.
I hope you will too.
